Chicken and Sausage

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package andoulle sausage, smoked sausage or kielbasa
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine or beer or chicken broth
- 3 gloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 TBSP grainy mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- scallions for garnish
- serve over rice or noodles or quinoa
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese, broth, salt, garlic, mustard and wine.
- Place chicken and sausage in crock pot.
- Add onions.
- Add cream cheese mixture.
- Cover and place on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
- Add more liquid if needed or remove the lid from your crockpot the last hour to thicken.
- Place in baking dish and broil for a couple of minutes for extra color.
- Serve over rice.
